The Community Garden enables Kirkwood residents to learn about gardening first hand. Walker Lake was recently drained, renovated and enhanced with the addition of aquatic plantings, fish, new stone features and a rebuilt waterfall. See how the new changes will help improve the lake’s biodiversity and also better the overall aesthetics.

Take a guided tour of the first house that famed architect Frank Lloyd Wright built in St. Louis. One of only five Wright designs in Missouri, the home is notable for retaining all original Wright-designed furnishings and fabrics.

Concert & Lecture
Blending history and music, the Kerosene Can String Band will bring the traditional string music of the Ozark and Appalachian Mountains to Kirkwood Park. Explore the rich musical roots of traditional mountain music and its influence on bluegrass and country music in this concert
