Welcome to OASIS this fall trimester 2010.  I am Carolyn Collins, the new Interim Director.  Many of you may know me as I have been the Intergenerational coordinator for several years now.  Whether you know me or not please stop by my office in Room 7 of the Joslyn Senior Center and say hi if you are in the neighborhood.  I know that noone will ever fill Donna Toro's shoes and I won't even try.  I do promise you that the OASIS  mission is strong and well in North County and I am open to any new ideas.

Donna is out having foot surgery and then plans to retire.  Her foot surgery is completed and is progressing very nicely.  She is only a phone call away when I need help.

While some of you may still miss us having a central location in the old Robb/May building at Westfield North County Fair many other have told us how they like our new and expanded offerings all over North County.   Look for the tear out map in the center of the catalog or you can go to the Maps and Location Pages on this web site and see each location and get detailed directions.

We also have several new staff members in Room 6 to assist you with registration or any other questions that you might have.  Stop by, say hello and get to know these wonderful people that volunteer so that OASIS may continue to serve you.  Our fall scheduling brings you many new, fun, classes and special events along with many of our ongoing favorites.
