WHAT CAN OASIS INTERGENERATIONAL TUTORING DO FOR MY CHILD?
TUTORS ARE TRAINED TO:
Promote motivation, success, and enjoyment of reading, writing and oral communication.
Help students develop language, build vocabulary, and expand background knowledge.
Increase the confidence and self-esteem of students.
WHAT ARE THE RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR THE PROGRAM?
1 - Complete the application and send to:

2 – Wait to hear from your child’s tutor. He or she will work with you to find the best time for tutoring.
3 – Make sure your child is dropped off and picked up on time for each tutoring session.
The process of connecting your child to their tutor may take several weeks because we must match the available tutor to the library/school location that you choose.
WHERE WILL THE TUTORING TAKE PLACE?
Tutoring takes place either at the child’s school or a local Pima County Library. Please click the link below for maps.
