CATCH Healthy Habits

Help make a healthier future for kids in the St. Louis region

Through CATCH Healthy Habits, you can help children learn good eating and physical activity habits for a lifetime.

Teams of volunteers work with children in grades K-5 to lead fun, active games, share healthy snacks and learn about good food choices. The groups meet weekly for one hour over 8 to 12 weeks. Training and materials are provided. Classes meet at after-school and summer camp locations around the St. Louis area.

We have lots of ways to help, whether you want to work with adults, with children or behind the scenes. Whatever time and skills you can offer, you can help kids in our community live healthier lives.
