OASIS Technology Coordinator
The OASIS Institute, a national nonprofit organization with programs in 27 U.S. cities, offers an exciting opportunity to join its team in the St. Louis headquarters in a newly created Technology Coordinator position.
The Technology Coordinator will help OASIS staff and volunteers across the country work more effectively and efficiently by providing training, trouble-shooting and support with the OASIS online database, email and other online resources. The position also provides hardware and software technical support for the national staff. Reports to the Director of Communications and Technology. Key responsibilities:

Develop and update training manuals for use of OASIS database.

Conduct database training for staff and volunteers across the country by telephone and web conference.

Provide help desk support for database questions from the network.

Provide tech support for Institute computer hardware and software including installation, updates and troubleshooting.

Coach local staff on managing technology resources.
Job Qualifications:

Minimum two years experience providing technology training or help desk support

Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred

Experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows PC hardware and software

Database programming experience and experience maintaining LANs a plus
