OASIS Anniversary Senior Role Models

Do you know someone special 50 years of age or older in Lane County who deserves to be recognized for outstanding volunteer community service? Each year OASIS salutes five community volunteers and two OASIS volunteers at the annual anniversary gala.

• Persons 50 years of age or older who are residents of the Lane County Area.
• Award winners will have been involved in activities that have made a difference and had a positive impact, whether in the lives of individuals or in the Lane County community at large. These "contributions" may have been made through some group or organization or by an individual acting on his/her own.

• Educational
• Cultural life
• Social service (dealing with basic human needs)
• Community betterment
• Health (physical/mental)
• Work with a particular group, i.e. youth, older adults, etc.
• Nominees should not be current volunteers at OASIS.
