Good News for OASIS in Maryland
We are pleased to announce that the Macy's Home Store at Montgomery Mall will be the new home for Gaithersburg and Chevy Chase OASIS. The two centers have joined to become OASIS Montgomery. Macy's will build a new center in the store as an in-kind contribution to OASIS, and we anticipate the opening in early 2007. Marcy Drozdowicz and Jane Silberman will serve as co-directors of the new program.
Federated Department Stores, parent of Macy's, is now the national sponsor of OASIS. Suburban Hospital will continue as the local sponsor of OASIS in Montgomery County.
The opening of OASIS at Montgomery Mall will allow us to offer an extraordinary array of programs for you both in the center and throughout the community. Plans call for expanded hours and programming at new locations through partnerships with community organizations.
We have had a wonderful partnership with Lord & Taylor and hope you will join us in expressing appreciation to the Lord & Taylor staff as we prepare to move to our new location.
