Radio Documentary: “Growing Old in East L.A.: Conversations with Elderly Mexican Americans”
California Council for the Humanities
In spring 2005, project director David Greenberger visited senior centers and other sites in East Los Angeles, recording conversations with a number of elderly Mexican American residents. This hour-long radio documentary explores the challenges this population faces in creating a life in California.
Listen to the broadcast at: www.calhum.org/programs/doc_growing_old_special.htm
