Being active, eating right and staying connected to others are keys to lifelong health and vitality. Yet, most of us put other things first.

What's holding you back? Health concerns? Not enough time, energy or motivation? Maybe you're just not sure where to start. OASIS evidence-based programs are proven to help people like you make lasting healthy changes in their lives:

  • Active Living Every Day: This 20 week course is designed to help you become and stay physically active. It is not an exercise class. A trained leader helps you find realistic ways to add activity into your daily routine.

  • Healthy Eating Every Day: This 20 week course helps people make improvements in their diet to promote healthier eating. This is not a weight loss class. Instead, trained leaders help you identify ways to make your diet healthier.

  • ExerStart: This beginning level exercise class meets twice a week for 20 weeks and is designed specifically to help mature adults improve balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. ExerStart moves are safe, effective and fun!

  • Living a Healthy Life: Developed at Stanford University, this 6 week workshop focuses on skills to cope with the common symptoms and frustrations of chronic conditions like diabetes, heart conditions, arthritis or depression.
