Bemz gift certificates could not be simpler to use. Plus, they’re the ideal way to give a terrific present, without losing sleep over getting it wrong!

Making the certificates

In true Bemz fashion, our gift certificates are not complete until you’ve had a hand in the design process. First choose the amount and currency of your choice, write a message (optional) and fill in the lucky recipient’s name as well as yours. Now the fun part: choose a background design for your certificates from our inspirational photos listed in the drop-down menu. (Don’t worry, you’ll get the chance to preview the certificates so go ahead and tinker with the options!).

Sending the certificates

They can be sent in paper form or via email, and will magically appear at the destination of your choice. If you choose to go with the paper form, they will be sent via first class post/airmail to the address provided. If on the other hand you have a hankering for more immediate results, choose email and your gift will be delivered without delay. (As with any Bemz order, you will receive an email confirmation of the purchase).

Redeeming the certificates

Each certificate has a unique code on it which can be stored under the recipient’s account details on the Bemz website (see “My Account” on www.bemz.com). Adding the code to the account details will activate the gift certificates and automatically enter the amount to be redeemed in the recipient’s shopping basket. Plus, it’s a great way to ensure they don’t get lost!

That's all there is to it. Simple.

The small print

Bemz gift certificates are valid for one year following purchase. If the full amount is not used in one purchase, the excess can be saved until date of expiry. If a purchase exceeds the value of the gift certificate, the difference can be covered through regular payment methods.
