Search Engines
Search engines help you find information on the World Wide Web.
You'll find several different ones here.
Yahoo: Enter a word or title in the Yahoo box and press "return". Yahoo is a
search engine that breaks down searches into categories. You can then click
on the category to find the information you want.
Google: Enter a word or title in the Google search box and press "return". Google
displays a list of search results in the form of links, which you can click
on to get to specific Web pages.
Ask.com is a natural language search engine, which means you can ask a question in plain English. You might try a question like "How many pets does the President have?"
KWMap provides a keyword map of the Internet.
