Cities across the country, including St. Louis, can either find ways to educate their children, or they can expect them to be caught in a seemingly endless cycle of violence. OASIS now has a presence in O'Fallon, MO, thanks to a partnership with the City of O'Fallon. The city operates a public access channel, O'FallonTV, and produces original programming, such as Energy, which features new programs available through the city's Parks and Recreation Department.
