ExerStart is a 20-week, low-intensity exercise class designed to improve balance, flexibility, strength, and mobility for adults 50+ at any fitness level. ExerStart focuses on moves specifically designed to keep people living interdependently and doing the things they enjoy.
ExerStart is an effective exercise program, showing improvements in functional fitness and independence among participants. Exercises are done with resistance bands, while standing or seated in a chair. Join a class and improve your ability to do daily activities, mood and memory, and bond with others.
