From the Director

Welcome to Upstate Oasis!

Each year, more than 2,500 of our members take hundreds of classes at several locations throughout Onondaga County. We’re proud to be a go-to resource for older adults looking for ways to become the best versions of themselves through high-quality lifelong learning. It’s what Oasis does best.

We have something to pique a broad range of interests, everything from lectures offered as part of our award-winning State of the Union program, to musical performances by well-known CNY artists, to weekly Spanish, fitness, arts and technology classes. We are committed to providing you with opportunities to revisit old interests, explore new ones and identify ways to engage in the community through volunteer opportunities.

I encourage you to look through our catalog and find something new to try. And bring a friend along for the adventure! We’re looking forward to seeing you!

Sincerely,

Cynthia Woods
