Dear members, friends and supporters of San Diego OASIS,

"Polished and Poised"

These were the words Union Tribune reporter Michele Parente used to decribe our beautiful OASIS Fashion Show models. The original article in the newspaper featured a full page of color photographs. The online version, unfortunately, does not, but here is the link to the abbreviated article. We are very proud!

2015 OASIS Annual Report

New beginnings can happen at any age, that is the theme of our national annual report. Retirement used to be considered an end to something, but a wonderful shift has taken place. People are looking for opportunities to redefine themselves, to explore and connect. Many are finding those opportunities at OASIS. Peter Bolland, a popular instructor in San Diego, is featured in the story on Top Notch Instructors. “I’m coming to appreciate more and more the power of community,” Peter says. “We’re social creatures and something happens when we gather. It’s really interesting to see students realize that their presence has benefit to others in the room. That’s what I love about OASIS.” Check it out here.
