CATCH Healthy Habits

Better health for children and adults

You can combat obesity and have fun helping kids learn good eating and physical activity habits for a lifetime.

More than 8,800 adults 50+ and 23,500 children have benefitted from the program and related adult wellness workshops.

We have lots of ways to help

Work with children in grades K to 5 to lead fun, active games, share healthy snacks, and learn about good food choices. Sessions meet weekly for an hour and training is provided. There are many other ways to support the team behind the scenes, whether you prefer working with children or adults.
