CATCH Healthy Habits in San Diego

You can help children get moving and eating healthier!

OASIS CATCH Healthy Habits is a unique physical activity and nutrition program that benefits two generations: kids and adults age 50+.

CATCH Healthy Habits combats childhood obesity by engaging adults as mentors to teach lifelong habits to children. Teams of adults go into after-school and summer programs, meeting for one hour, once a week, typically for 8 weeks. Each of the 8 classes includes a healthy snack, a fun physical activity, and a nutrition lesson. Experience the personal benefit of investing in our community, keeping active and reinforcing healthy habits as you promote healthy choices for children!
